We currently ship within the United States, subject to delivery eligibility.
Our stated shipping terms are:
- Processing time: Generally 1–3 business days.
- Processing cutoff: Orders submitted before 6:00 PM local time may begin processing that day. Orders submitted after the cutoff or on a holiday generally begin processing on the next business day. Processing does not guarantee same-day shipment.
- Estimated transit time: Generally 10–15 business days after shipment. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
- Shipping charges: Orders under $88 incur a $10 shipping charge. Orders of $88 or more qualify for free shipping.
- Carriers: Depending on the order, delivery may be handled by DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier selected for the shipment.
- Taxes and customs charges: Any statement that taxes or customs charges are included applies only where confirmed by the applicable checkout information and shipping arrangement. Any charge payable by the customer should be disclosed as required by law.
Delivery may be affected by weather, carrier operations, holidays, or other disruptions. If we cannot ship within the time promised or otherwise required by applicable law, we will provide the notices and options required by law, which may include consenting to a delay or canceling the order for a prompt refund.

6. Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be sent to support@orelliseel.com as soon as possible and should include the order number.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests for orders that have not entered processing or shipment. Once an order has been processed or handed to a carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible, and the applicable return procedure may apply.
If we cancel an order or cannot fulfill it, any refund due will be handled in accordance with our Order Cancellation Policy, applicable law, and the original payment method where practicable. Nothing in this section limits rights arising from shipping delays or other mandatory legal protections.
7. Returns and Refunds
Eligible purchases may be returned within 35 days under our Return and Refund Policy, subject to the policy’s conditions, exclusions, and applicable law.
